How do I book my appointment?

You may book your appointment online. You can still inquire directly with our salon representative via text if necessary at (337)-485-8433.

Is the DEPOSIT refundable?

No the DEPOSIT is non-refundable.

how do i pay my remaining balance?

We only accept cash or debit/credit card to take care of your balance.

How should I prepare for my appoinTment?

Please arrive with hair detangled and ready for prep.

What is the age requirement for the clients that you service?

We service clients ages 17+

do you accept walk ins?

Yes, walkins are welcomed Wed-Sat.

Where are you located?

We are located in the Houston galleria area. 2 mins from the Houston galleria mall.

How long is the appointment?

EACH APPOINTMENT HAS SPECIFIC TIME FRAMES. Our schedule can be thrown off by clients for various reasons so please keep that in mind while booking your appointment if you have a time-sensitive day.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

No children or extra guest are allowed.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

With proper notice, you may reschedule your appointment up to two weeks from the original scheduled date, anything outside of that will require you to pay a new retainer to secure a new future appointment. To reschedule you can log into your confirmation email and reschedule. If the option is not there, it means the window to reschedule has closed. If you contact us within 10 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will not be able to reschedule; deposit is nonrefundable.

How do I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment log into your confirmation email you recieved when booking.

What happens if I am late?

Please let the salon know that you will not be on time for your appointment and possible ETA. A late fee of $20.00 will be applied to the balance at 10 minutes after your appt time. At 15 minutes the appt is canceled and deposit forfeit.

What Happens If I am a no show?

No call, no show will result in no rebook and deposit forfeit.
